Credit FAQ

What is a credit?: One credit makes one coloring page from your own description. See some examples.
How much is a coloring book?: Writing the outline is free, and each page uses 1 credit, cover included. So an 8-page book is 8 credits. Each page gets 2 free redos or changes, and the PDF download is included. See some examples.
How does the promo code work?: For a limited time, enter COLOR40 at checkout to get 40% off any credit pack.
Do I get free credits?: Yes, 5 every month. They reset each month and are used before any credits you buy.
Do credits expire?: Purchased credits don't expire.
Can I get a refund?: Yes, unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of buying them. If a drawing fails, its credit comes back automatically. See our refund policy.
Can I change a page?: Redo a page or ask for a change, like "make the tent bigger". Your first 2 tries on each page are free, then each one costs 1 credit.
